Hello there. My name is Ivor Coleman.
Hi-Clarity Communications is my independent consultancy, founded in 2006 to specialise in the needs of countryside and heritage organisations.
I provide a variety of interpretation, communication and marketing services.
These are based on expertise built up over a thirty year career, including senior roles with major companies such as IBM. Combined with my lifelong passion for landscapes and heritage, this has enabled me to assist clients across Britain with a wide range of successful projects.
Often I team up with other experts in interpretive design, visitor management and tourism marketing. In such situations I can offer a wealth of experience in managing the whole project for clients or just provide specific services as a member of the team. Clients tell me that I am professional, creative, well-organised and easy to deal with.
I can help you solve communication problems of all sizes, from the development of strategic plans to the delivery of individual items.
My approach to all projects is built around well defined objectives, audience insight, clear messages, sound planning, practical creativity, articulate use of language and open teamwork.

Ivor Coleman has been appointed to tell the Story of Droxford, a much-loved village in Hampshire's Meon Valley. Droxford's Norman parish church, St Mary and All Saints, will be home to this new exhibition at the heart of South Downs National Park.
The new facilities form part of the Droxford church restoration programme, creating a cafe and community hub for locals and visitors, and are based on the heritage plan Ivor wrote in 2017.
The Association for Heritage Interpretation (AHI) has awarded Full Membership to Ivor Coleman. This accolade is given following peer review of his project work across the spectrum
of interpretive planning, design and evaluation.
Withymead Nature Reserve in Oxfordshire has opened its summer visitor season with new interpretation, signage and brand identity, developed by Ivor Coleman.
St Nicolas Church Pevensey held a Heritage Open Day to launch its new exhibition, telling the story of the church's role at the centre of this former Medieval seaport, the place where William the Conqueror came ashore in 1066.
Ivor Coleman devised and wrote the new display panels, aided by designer and illustrator David Goodman. The work is based on the strategy Ivor wrote for the church's Heritage Lottery Fund bid in 2016.
Devised and written by Ivor Coleman, a new booklet exploring the limestone landscapes of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty was launched at Loggerheads Country Park.
