Hello
there. My name is Ivor Coleman.
Hi-Clarity Communications is my independent consultancy, founded in 2006 to specialise in the needs of countryside and heritage organisations. I provide a variety of interpretation, communication and marketing services. These are based on expertise built up over a thirty year career, including senior roles with major companies such as IBM. Combined with my lifelong passion for landscapes and heritage, this has enabled me to assist clients across Britain with a wide range of successful projects. Often I team up with other experts in interpretive design, visitor management and tourism marketing. In such situations I can offer a wealth of experience in managing the whole project for clients or just provide specific services as a member of the team. Clients tell me that I am professional, creative, well-organised and easy to deal with. I can help you solve communication problems of all sizes, from the development of strategic plans to the delivery of individual items. My approach to all projects is built around well defined objectives, audience insight, clear messages, sound planning, practical creativity, articulate use of language and open teamwork. ![]() Interpretation panel at Black Rock viewpoint, Monmouthshire

NEWS
30th September 2021
Brecon
Beacons National Park Authority has today announced a new Mobile Phone App for Fforest Fawr Geopark. This features four new geological walking routes for visitors. These Geotours
enable visitors to experience some of the most spectacular places
of geological interest within the UNESCO-designated Geopark area of the
Brecon Beacons.
The Geotours were implemented for the National Park Authority by Ivor Coleman, experienced landscape interpreter and digital comms specialist, using the recently developed European Atlantic Geoparks' Geotours App. The App is available for both Android and iPhone mobile devices. The Geotours can be downloaded free of charge from the usual App Store services. 6th January 2020 ![]() The Story of Droxford exhibition was officially opened in St Mary and All Saints, Droxford's Norman parish church. This new exhibition, about the much-loved Meon Valley village of Droxford in Hampshire, was devised and written by Ivor Coleman, working with accomplished designer David Goodman. The new facilities form part of the Droxford church restoration programme, creating a cafe and community hub for locals and visitors, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and South Downs National Park Authority, based on the Heritage Plan Ivor wrote in 2017. January 2020 ![]() Ivor Coleman has been appointed to write a new visitor leaflet for Withymead Nature Reserve in Oxfordshire, working with illustrator David Goodman of Llanfyllin. As well as orientating visitors when they explore Withymead, the leaflet will introduce the fascinating story of the reserve: the enchanting flora and fauna; its history as a Thames-side boatyard; an important study centre for the appreciation of nature. The Association for Heritage Interpretation (AHI) has awarded Full Membership to Ivor
Coleman. This accolade is given following peer review of his project work across the spectrum
of interpretive planning, design and evaluation. ![]() |
